INSURANCE AND Service Fees for Neuropsychological Testing

Insurance coverage is based on the medical necessity of the conditions being evaluated. Please note that psychoeducational services, such as assessments for learning disabilities or academic performance, are not considered medically necessary and will be billed as self-pay. Additionally, medico-legal evaluations, litigation-related assessments, and court-ordered evaluations are also considered self-pay. The fee structure for these services will be discussed after a pre-screening process.

For your convenience, we accept credit card payments; however, a 3% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions.

 Physician-Referred Neuropsychological Testing: $1,600−$2,500
(For evaluations referred by a healthcare provider to assess cognitive or neuropsychiatric conditions.)

Self-Referred Neuropsychological Testing: $2,000−$3,500
(For individuals seeking evaluations without a physician referral, including assessments for learning or academic performance.)

Forensic Evaluations: $3,500−$5,000
(For medico-legal, litigation-related, or court-ordered evaluations. This fee includes evaluation, detailed report, and feedback services only). The fee structure for this services will be discussed after a pre-screening process.
